LSC Home Base

The Louisville Soaring Club flies from the municipal airport in historic Bardstown, KY, surrounded by beautiful, gently rolling hills and farm land. For launching and retrieving the sailplanes LSC uses the grass between the runway and the taxiway, leaving the runway available for other traffic.
By air - Samuels Field (BRY) is only 30 miles south of Louisville, KY.

By ground - the airport is located a couple of miles west of Bardstown's center square on Hwy 62.
